I'm running around like a crazy lady today so this post is going to be a super quick one. I lost a pound, yay! I needed it too, I've been feeling pretty low the last two weeks.
I still haven't made it outside, but that's coming soon! It's almost tennis and badminton weather and I can't wait. I've been using my elliptical and playing the Wii and chasing my kids around to get in those Nutrisystem recommended activities.
I've tried two new Nutrisystem meals this week: Chicken Tortilla Soup and Chicken Noodle Soup. Guess what? I loved them both! I wasn't sure about the tortilla soup and had been putting it off for a while. Man, I'm so sad I did! It kind of tastes like the sauce you dip nachos in, which of course the name is not coming to mind. Salsa! That's it. I must be losing my mind. (I told you today was hectic.) That's what I love most about Nutrisystem, they are constantly changing up their menu and keeping me surprised with all of their delicious meals. Having diabetes, I can't each just whatever I want so having Nutrisystem's ready-to-eat meals with the right amount of balance and quantity is perfect for me.
So what's my goal for next week?
I'm aiming for another pound! I seriously hope I can get outside for some tennis!
