What a fantastic week for books, yes? I was able to pick up a book at the bookstore this week. It was an incredibly hard choice, but I went with This Is What Happy Looks Like because I've been waiting anxiously for it for months. I loved Statistical Probabilities and couldn't wait for her next book. Hopefully I can read it soon. 

My mom called me at the beginning of the week to tell me about Wool, the book she has just started reading. She knows how much I love dystopians and when I told her it sounded pretty great, she went and bought me a copy and surprised me with it. Isn't she great? That's where my sister and I get our reading appetites  My mom always had a book in her hand when we were kids and she still reads a ton now. She probably reads more than I do, which is pretty awesome. 

I was also pretty lucky to receive to wins this week, a book and a gift card. I had no idea I had won the gift card and when it showed up in my mailbox I thought it was just a flier. I almost didn't open the envelope but I'm glad I did because it was a pretty kickass surprise. I don't know what I'm going to get with it yet though :)

Lastly, I am taking part in the BookSparksPR summer reading challenge again this year. Last year I read all of the books on the challenge list and loved each one, I hope the same goes for this year.
