Synopsis:
What does it take to rise from life’s depths, swim against the current, and breathe?
Weighted down by the loss of her parents, Blythe McGuire struggles to keep her head above water as she trudges through her last year at Matthews College. Then a chance meeting sends Blythe crashing into something she doesn’t expect—an undeniable attraction to a dark-haired senior named Chris Shepherd, whose past may be even more complicated than her own. As their relationship deepens, Chris pulls Blythe out of the stupor she’s been in since the night a fire took half her family. She begins to heal, and even, haltingly, to love this guy who helps her find new paths to pleasure and self-discovery. But as Blythe moves into calmer waters, she realizes Chris is the one still strangled by his family’s traumatic history. As dark currents threaten to pull him under, Blythe may be the only person who can keep him from drowning.

So I'm kind of in love with this cover. I bet you didn't see that coming, right? Seriously though, I am always drawn to covers with water on the front, especially those that are dark and dreary looking. I read someone's Facebook status a few days ago about how they had just finished this book and how good it was. I haven't read any of Park's other books so I'm kind of excited to have a new author to worship if this does in fact rock my world.
What about you? Anything special coming your way soon? Leave me a link in the comments and I'll come check it out!
This one sounds really deep and emotional I'll defiinitely have to be in the right mood to read thhis on. It does sound so amazing though! Great pick :)

I'm always drawn to covers with water, too. I don't know why that is. I've never read anything by her either. It does sound intriguing. Great pick!

This cover is so melancholy and, as you can probably tell by my blog name, I have quite the affinity with water, so I'm sold on that alone! This is such a great pick, Tiffany, and I'm so glad you put it on my radar! I'm your newest follower :)
