Gifted:

Went with my mom to Barnes and Noble to pick up a book she had ordered. We saw some journals when we went in and were checking them out when we saw the brown dragon one. I love dragons, they are my thing. She offered to buy it for me as an early Christmas gift. I love it!! It is leather and very thick and heavy. It reminds me of some really old book that has been passed down for generations. I'm going to use it as my dream journal since I have crazy dreams every night :) Then I was going to be Without Tess myself, but she yelled at me until I let her pay for that too. This is why you should all go book shopping with my mom, she never lets you leave empty handed lol.










Traded For:

Finally was able to score these next two on Swap.com. Gotta love that site! I've been waiting to read these ones for a while so I'm glad to finally have them in  my possession.

I've been eyeing this book for a long, long time. Isn't this cover just amazingly creepy? I'll be reading this with my lights on lol. Big thanks to Ashley at Books Obsession for her awesome giveaway and to Random House for providing the copy :)

I won this book back in August and wasn't sure it would ever arrive. Then is appeared at my door and I was shocked! I have to say a huge, huge thank you to Suko at Suko's Notebook because she is just amazing. She kept in tough with me for the last four months and made sure the publisher got a copy of this book to me. I know it is not the responsibility of the blogger to make sure the publisher or sponsor sends out their prize, but it is always refreshing when you find someone like Suko who is willing to keep contact and put in the extra effort to get that prize to you. I've had a few prizes never show and it is always frustrating when the giveaway host tells you it is out of their hands and doesn't make the effort to at least contact the sponsor about it. So thank you Suko for being awesome!

This arrived from Hachette Book Group and I can't wait to get started on it. This has some amazing reviews and I love this cover. It sounds like a very emotional and intense read. Thank you Hachette!!!

I couldn't believe the size of this book when it arrived. It is a monster! So what does that mean? More time with the characters, yay! I had never heard of this book before until I saw a giveaway for it and thought "hmm, why not?". Thankfully I won that giveaway and I am now a proud owner of this beast of an ARC. Thank you so much to Katy at A Few More Pages for introducing me to this book and for the awesome giveaway :)
