Become a Random Buzzer! (and get a free book!)

As some of you may have seen from my In My Mailbox posts, I am a member of Random Buzzers. Recently I was chosen to participate in their Ambuzzador program. I was sent a book, The Death Cure by James Dashner, in order to help promote not only the book but the website as well. 

So what is Random Buzzers? Random Buzzers is a website run by Random House for readers and authors of YA. New content is posted daily, whether it is an author interview or fun activities. I would be lying if I didn't admit that my favorite part of the website is their "shop". This is where you "purchase" books. You aren't actually buying these books with real money, you are purchasing them with your buzz bucks. For everything you do on Random Buzzers, you are rewarded. The more you do, the more buzz bucks you earn and the more books you can order. Buzz bucks add up fast, trust me. I have actually won and purchased over 20 books. In addition to using your buzz bucks, you can also enter to win ARCs! 

Here is how it works:

- Set up your account and fill in your profile. Make sure you also fill in your mailing address! You cannot win or purchase books if your address is not correctly filled out. 

- Start commenting! Each week there is a new question posted on the home page. Simply answer the question and earn some backs!

- Add books to your bookshelf and write a quick review! Each review you write will give you 100 buzz bucks. This works great for bloggers who already have a ton of reviews written. Simply copy and paste :)

- Quizzes and Activities: each week new quizzes and activities are active. Simply complete each one and you will received the allotted amount of buzz bucks.

- Ask authors questions! There are constant ARC giveaways going on. In order to win, you must ask the author a question in the designated forum. Make sure you ask a thoughtful, original question. The better the question, the better your chances.

- Once you have some buzz bucks, go shopping! Head over to their store and see what is available. Simply click claim prize and you are good to go!

It really is crazy how fast you can earn buzz bucks and get free books. The more you participate, the more you are rewarded. Also, sometimes they have extra giveaways so be sure to watch their feed! You really won't regret becoming a member!

As an Ambuzzador, I was also given five codes for free books for new members. That means I can give five of you a code to enter at registration that will give you a free book! Sounds good, no?
