Unfortunately, I didn't lose anything this week. Boo! But I didn't gain anything either, so there's a plus. Nutrisystem recommends at least three daily exercise activities that are at least ten minutes each. I'll admit that I didn't get many exercises in this week. I spent most of Sunday in bed feeling crappy, and then I spent all of yesterday in bed again with a ridiculously bad migraine. That was two days of no moving and everything going in staying in. Again, boo!
Food:
I'm still waiting on my next order of food to arrive so I still don't have anything new to report. I did, however, finally get confirmation that it is on its way so hopefully I will have some new Nutrisystem pictures and foods to tell you about then. The hardest thing about being a diabetic is not being able to eat what you want. I am pretty picky when it comes to food as it is, so I love that Nutrisystem is constantly updating their menu so I have new foods to try. I hope I love the new ones!
So what's my goal for next week?
I'm crossing my fingers that I'll have a whole week of feeling good and plenty of opportunities to exercise, so I'm aiming for another pound. Like I always say, slow and steady wins the race!
