Waiting On Wednesday (65)

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

Title: Sever
Author: Lauren DeStefano
Expected Publication Date: February 12, 2013

Synopsis:

With the clock ticking until the virus takes its toll, Rhine is desperate for answers. After enduring Vaughn’s worst, Rhine finds an unlikely ally in his brother, an eccentric inventor named Reed. She takes refuge in his dilapidated house, though the people she left behind refuse to stay in the past. While Gabriel haunts Rhine’s memories, Cecily is determined to be at Rhine’s side, even if Linden’s feelings are still caught between them.

Meanwhile, Rowan’s growing involvement in an underground resistance compels Rhine to reach him before he does something that cannot be undone. But what she discovers along the way has alarming implications for her future—and about the past her parents        never had the chance to explain.

I've decided to go with Sever this week because the clock is ticking and in a little over a month we will finally know how this series ends! I must admit though, that I still haven't read Fever. I have had my copy for many many months but have been holding on to it until I can read both books back to back. I *need* to know what happens in this series and I just wouldn't be able to handle the break between books. So come on February, get here already!!!

What about you? Anything you are desperate to read? Leave me a link and I'll come check it out!

  1. I was really disappointed with Fever, so I'm really hoping that Sever reignites my love I had for this series with Wither!

My WoW this week is The Eternity Cure by Julie Kagawa!
