Thank you so much to Amanda Alberson for the fantastic giveaway in which I won a $30 Amazon gift card as well as a copy of her book Losing Connor! The book hasn't arrived yet but I am anxiously awaiting it because it looks like such a great read.

So some of you may recognize Lucid from my On My Wish List post yesterday. I'd like to thank my sister for taking me to Barnes & Noble and letting me choose a book for my birthday. So I chose Lucid! I can't wait to read it finally. The kids have a few days off for Thanksgiving so I am really hoping to take advantage of that time and stay up late reading as much as possible. Not only did I receive Lucid, but I also picked up a few books for myself when we were there and I still have a massive pile from my last trip there to read. I'm doing my best to get caught up on review books and I am almost where I should be. I'm going to try and get ahead so I can finally read some of my purchases. Along with the four books I bought this week, I just spent that lovely Amazon card and I have another four books coming in a week or so, including Reached! That will be going straight to the top of my reading pile no matter what. I *NEED* to know how that story ends.
