I have a daughter(7) but she's homeschooled so we don't follow the traditional school year.

The most fun I've had this summer has been the last month to present. We recently had a difficult out-of-state move and are temporarily staying in an extended stay hotel. It's a very homey, familiar atmosphere. My daughter has playmates which translates to more me time :)

I've also discovered a site to watch my favorite South Asian dramas -- no commercials, no pressure to empty the DVR, and save on the expense of cable!
